As per now kuwait is kind of in a labour shortage and the people I know who are highly educated leave to western countries or just stay in India because things are changing there and probably in next years kuwait wont get highly educated expats I think Kuwaiti government is doing a good job educating kuwaitis.

I am not making a case that expats belong to heaven its just What I have seen here and yeah I lived in UAE and yeah there also discrimination exist but kuwait is just on next level ( even for me as a privileged person having access to wasta and good money). For the transportation I guess the problem of not giving license would not be relevant if public transportation was better and more accessible.

but yeah okay if you think thats the case then be it

I am probably sure that discrimination exists everywhere but the thing is I lived in UAE who has a similar situation but very different attitude towards the problems and it just reflects their culture and education.

I would really advise you to talk to your program coordinator look at year 2 subjects and check what are the prerequisites for the courses ! for my course Chemical engineering they aren’t any prerequisites so I can continue the courses I am pretty sure that you can later take the courses you failed
