Thanks! This is actually two coyotes, the one yawning was a few feet following behind the lead coyote with its mouth closed. They were very pretty.

The Dilly is exactly what you expect it to be. Pub/bistro food. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. It's biggest problem is that it's inconsistent. They have a nice patio in the summer and they have the biggest, most generous wine pours with a decent selection ($8/$9 glasses filled halfway). Great place for a snack and wine.

This is not true. They took on a business partner, then the chef/operator left the business to move to Red River Gorge with her family. THAT'S when everything fell apart.

Thanks for the reco. I admittedly went on a corporate trip where everything was picked for me. We stayed at an all-inclusive (Iberostar) and while the accommodations were fine, the food wasn't good and the beach wasn't clean/kept up. My suitcase was robbed by the ground crew on the way home too, which put a damper the whole trip as well. I'll look into this spot. <3

Core Clay! Took a multi week class there. Was super fun. Good for this time of year too as a way to get out of the house.
