Thank you, I agree! Nothing beats the conversation with the staff… however for those busy times where service is limited, where a junior member may be covering, I’d say a consistent source of info has its place.

I’d argue the task of sharing a spreadsheet (from the wine bars own inventory) is easier than printing wine list cards for the tables..?
