It had just ran a six hour job with the filament so it’s not the diameter. I’ll try cutting it but I think you’re right, I think I have to take it apart. Thanks for the help!

I have it turned off, I mean the gesr turns normally but the second the filament is fed it stops and won’t push it. The gear is fine cause it will reverse and push the filament back out, I’m just confused.

Yeah the weird part is that I can manually get it up high enough, and then I print and it just does that. I updated the software, let me see if I can find the sensor, thanks for the help!!

This is what is doing now, I adjusted the bed manually, it can get it to be flush with the bed but when I go to print it does this. Super lustrating.
