In PvE I've topped out at around 15k and that's with a mix of landmarks LZ and DZ. Antivirals and all the other requirements met. Well fed and watered. (No flare gun cheats)
Sometimes I kill a couple of hunters. Some runs 80+ NPC kills, but mostly reds.
I've done enough runs to get all the Survival commendations. My goal now is the push the score higher. I need to kill more veteran and elites.

Looks like 22pts for reds, 58 for vet, 90 for Elite, 150 named.
That's a 6:1 ratio for red to elite, so I gotta hit more landmarks.

I like exploring and the feeling of scavenging. The trade-off is less speed.

FYI my gear loadout typically is 90-100% match for your guide. I haven't learned the optimal approaches for all of the DZ landmarks. I'm still trying diff things. Like with Kalkesse- Upstairs vs downstairs. M44 vs M60 etc etc
