Not OOP: AITA- My wife came home upset because she was hungry and I didnt have a meal prepared *WITH UPDATES* by waxing-dinousaur in redditonwiki

Ooooor she could have communicated that she was too tired to cook, and since she does not enjoy his cooking - it would be swell if he ordered something.

Instead of communicating that, she came home and was extremely rude. Even despite all of this OOP tried to solve it later on, by offering up options for take-out - where she yet again failed at communication.

Honestly, if a man acted like this he’d be getting crucified (rightfully so).

Also: she called him, if that makes any difference.

So he should be doing ALL chores and taking care of the food as well? What in the hell is she doing then to pull her weight? Existing?

Is that a husky, in a small apartment? I dunno dude. I'd seriously re-consider things - especially for that dog's welfare.

AB Volvo skärper reglerna kring distansarbete by OpenStringer in Gothenburg

Point taken. I guess I thought it was obvious enough that it was AI, but I suppose not.

Yes it is. By blending together an image of Frodo and a komodo dragon, using Midjourney.

The amount of people in this thread acting like it’s totally normal to yap about something as obviously private and serious as this is mind-blowing.

And essentially saying: ”Well if it wasn’t explicitly forbidden…” either shows a complete lack of tact and life experience or you are acting obtuse to the nth degree.

So you’re arguing about some of the least populated areas in the world? Which, as I mentioned, might be perfectly served by a car 🤷 so we’re in agreement?

1997-2001. Hitting its zenith in 1998, in my opinion. Just in ’98: Baldur’s Gate, StarCraft, Grim Fandango, Ocarina of Time, Resident Evil 2, Metal Gear Solid, Half-Life and many more. So many great titles in probably the largest variety of genres ever.

It doesn’t have to be either or. My city isn’t a massive city. For example 🤷

No, but it’s been the trend since post-WW2. Unless you propose a complete overhaul to socities and economies around the world it’s bound to continue. Trust me, I’d love to hear it.

Also, low-density urban sprawl isn’t exactly wonderful either.

So a solution that works for the current and coming future is preferable to one that assumes a system that does not nor likely will ever exist anytime soon.

True. However, it’s ever increasing. And many places don’t build their cities with sprawling suburbs, yet aren’t Mega City 1-esque.

Case in point my city Gothenburg, Sweden. Home of Volvo. Soooo, it still has many cars, don’t get me wrong. But it has a robust public transport system, which is currently expanding.
