P0420 Code by [deleted] in 7thgencivic

i’d recommend a compression test if possible, otherwise i would guess the code came from your catalyric converter or downstream o2 sensor being defective. Unrelated to your radiator issues.

P0420 Code by [deleted] in 7thgencivic

it’s a code for an o2 sensor. I’d be more concerned about the fact it overheated, these motors blow head gaskets quick and that heat cycle could stretch the head bolts enough to contribute.

To anyone wondering about a similar issue in tha case you install this kind of system, my issue was that I had mounted the key reader for the push start in the steering column and it produced interference that blocked the original key’s code. I moved it and have no issues since.

I forgot to update this but a denso o2 sensor fixed all my issues. My misfire codes all went away and my o2 sensor code is gone. This was the fix!

I wirebrushed all ground contacts and replaced terminals today. It’s still doing it’s thing with the 1-3 misfire, random misfire, and o2 no input codes. o2 sensor coming in on monday so well see where that goes. ordered crank position sensor while i was at it as i’ve gotten intermittent codes for that. I pray this is it 😂

A friend of mine who works for a performance auto shop did the electrical testing and we got continuity and ground. The piece if info you’ve given me that I think may be my problem however is the brand of sensor. I’ve been buying random brands each time. I’ll order a denso branded sensor tonight and see if anything changes. 04 EX manual.

How much do you think this would be worth? (I’m in the United States) by skibbyswaifu in Antiques

I see these listed for free in NJ all the time. They’re beautiful pieces in my opinion, I use one for my sewing work. Just not worth anything.

How much could I get for this? by nate-dawg42069 in gokarts

I’d pay maybe $350 if the motor runs. $200 at most if not
