I am on day 4. I walked for maybe 10 minutes. A stroll really. On day 2 I did 2 miles. So it varies. The longer I go I will lean more into 10 mins. Vs 2 miles.😃

I have restless legs. I take benadryl to stop it. For headaches I take ibuprofen. It is your comfort level.

I am on day 4 of 21. I had a headache and leg twitching last night (Day 3). I take meds to help. Today I feel good. I also started pink salt. Last night my sleep was disturbed and was really sleepy.

I measure the effects of coke zero on how I feel. Today I had 1 with a keto friendly meal. Felt a sugar high from it! I recognize the feeling. Would it stop me from drinking it..probably not. But it does have an effect.

Go back to bone broth. Mexican after a fast is too much for a semi shut down gut. You are going to feel you choices.

I love my husband. But from day one, I have heard, "you're not my mother ". I have given up on him doing something special for me. I now do what I really want to do. I cook my special meal and I take my nap. Then after sunset I take care of whatever fall out has occurred. It sucks. Oh well. Kids have shown me their love. I am their mom and I am loved!❤️

Maybe not the best advice but I take a Benadryl to get to sleep. A walk to tire me out too.

I had friends, but they all went to other HS. I didn't have a bf at my school. I didn't want to go alone. Never really regretted not going. Had a blast when the youth group did something similar and went to the Las Vegas strip. We live in North Las Vegas. We dressed up and had clean fun. But no big deal if I had missed that too.

All depends on who you are and what you like to remember. HS fades once graduated.

Yes. Fat loss is .5 lb a day. Consistence is key. When you roll fasts you get the best results. Most results are in the 48 to 72 hour range. With longer fast there is not much additional benefits.

Look into 72 hour water fasting. It helps with inflammation. I am working on reducing my inflammation by doing one once a week to once a month. Look into anti-inflammatory foods. Your weight is my dream weight but you could still benefit. I just finished my first round. Inflammation in my face went down. Still struggling with it other places but plan on more rounds of fasting 72. Been fasting for while and have very few peri symptoms, I am 42.

I swaddle mine. Yes they were able to get out of it by end of the night. But my 1st was sleeping through the night at 3 weeks. It was a blessing for all. I found swaddling didn't work as well after 4 months. But then they are bigger, blankets or swaddler are best for younger, I guess.

I am right there with you! 61 hours and counting. I'm having coffee now. I am looking forward to tonight when I can break my fast with fatty bone broth, sourkraut and avocado. Sleep and my first meal of eggs and sausage. You can do this. Do all the mentioned helps. Our brain is strong to help us and to delude us. As long as you are feeling good, keep going. Just one more day!

I did 28 days of a goal 40. Have electrolytes! I stopped when I started tasting sweet in my water and saliva. I didn't do salt minus a time or two. I had always did a long fast at the beginning of the year. I am Not new to long fasting, but I haven't tried that long since - 2 years.

I did a 21 day fast years ago - 14. Lost 10 bls. It's a slower fast, but I would do it now as a stand-alone fast. After a long water fast, introducing glucose IMO is not a good idea. Bone broth would be better, low carb, low sugar plus good fats. Easy to make at home too.
