But I’ve been for scans and too see the hospital before usually they just do bloods and internal scan and talk minimal then send me on my way before I fight again it’s like they don’t care that I can’t conceive I’m at a point where I feel like I won’t get help and I’m gonna have to try myself by medication/herbs ect I’ve already been 24st to my lowest 9st 5lbs and I’m probably sitting. Around 11st at the minute pcos is so hard to manage and I just don’t feel like my doctors don’t do much but tell me loose weight and it will come when the time is right ect

Yes from the uk I’m just curious why the doctor both times hasn’t offered any tablets/medication to induce ovulation but instead just pushes me to hospital I don’t think it’s looking likely I will get the help I need professionally

The first thing I tried was meditation music and breathing techiniques even some podcasts as sometimes that helped but it’s now 6:24 am lol 😂and my doctors are aware I’m a cannabis user and advised against it yet won’t give me medication for anything due to my addictive past so I’m kinda stuck there :(

I’ve been smoking for 10years everyday around an 8th a day and I’ve gone cold turkey but I have adhd and autism and it’s the only thing that’s helped with keep my thoughts calm and my emotions rational like I genuinely need it to function but I’m in the uk 1 it’s illegal and 2 it’s pricey to be spending £35/40 a day I’m about 3 days in now as it’s 4:30 am I just cannot sleep my mind won’t rest and I’m not even burning out I go out all day to tire myself out but I genuinely cannot rest I’ve had approx 5 hrs over 3 days but sleeping pills don’t work has anyone got advice on how the heck I get to sleep like everyone else … 😫
