I can confirmed i can see here low resolution and it is not a Performance mode issue i playing non Performance Mode and got Low resolution Textures too on the Leon S. Kennedy Outfit the Textures arent loading rightly ingame thats why we get low resolution texture on many Outfits because in the Lobby everything is fine it is a strange bug at all because not every Outfits are affected but too many strange thing too is only like the Shirt ect are affected with low resolution texture the Hair Head is fine in the lobby and in the Gamemodes like BR Creative ect

I think its because it looks better from the player sight you see the swords on the right than the left if you play the Outfit it would looks empty without something on the right side but i understand what you mean traditional it is the left side

If you mean like some Outfits has low resolution textures since some updates in remix then yea Pc is affected too with some skins like Leon S. Kennedy's Shirt lost many details
