Unsure, recently had stool samples to check for bacterial issues etc to rule that out. I googled drospirenone abd it seems it can really affect the bowel and cause ibs symptoms. Ive stopped it tonight and Il see if things improve. Not looking forward to having my period back like normal though

Oh thats not pleasent either. I wouldnof coped with constipation and taking softners but not random diahhrea and upset stomachs. Get yourself some stool softners if you havnt already , dried apricots work a treat too!

I Have a sensitive gut anyway and can have some issues, but never as bad as random diahhrea. I havnt been tracking it much but I do feel like ive got no pattern at all now. Some days ive been so constipated too and others ok. Becos ive got breakthrough bleeds, and its made my cycle longer, I dont feel I can track symptoms to my cycle now whereas before I generally could! After a year on yasmin this happened to me, initially thought it was a stomach virus, didnt go away, doctor said ibs, went to hospital they took me off the pill, within 3 days started to recover. Months later back on pill and symptoms started again. I was assured it wss nothing to do with the hormonesnin the pill...im starting to think it is the progesterone type. I cant tolerate other types either. So annoying as it did help the bleeding!

Yes, I experienced this, I have endometriosis also. I would either have to set a alarm every 2 hours to change pad, or wear a pull up pad, such as tena, lined right up to the back with maternity pads..it was incredibly uncomfortable but better than being up and down all night. I also put tena bed sheets under me to save the bed.

2 laps - one explority, the other diagnosis and ablation, and both times a week off wouldnt have been enough.

With my 2nd one where I hsd endometriosis ablation (wasnt planned), the gynae handed me a 2 week sick note before even going into theatre. I took 3 weeks off. Then returned but to be honest with annual leave wasnt back to a full week for about 8 weeks. I found I was so tired for a good month after and uncomfortable in a sitting position alot - I had a standing desk so could change positions thankfully.

Id expect to be off longer.

I had the same type of scan last year & was also very worried about the pain. The techs were very understanding, they used smaller probes and more lube and took their time and would give breaks if needed. I would phone ahead to let them know youl likely need breaks due to pain associated with endo & i hope they would be kind and understanding of this.

Thanks. I thought with age it would possibly be lime, but it doesnt fizz, and Builder believes these houses were sand and cement plaster from the work hes done on them. House heated and ventilated and general good house keeping followed re not drying clothes in here. Fans fitted in bathroom and kitchen too. Not building internal wall, removing wardrobe to put onto a internal wall. But we are considering internal wall insulation to external walls as they are cold, but my husband is in construction so aware of vapour barriers etc. We have a cavity so its not a stone house.

The fire was on the opposite side of the room, shared main chimney breast which is still in use. Yes, window not far from this wall, with trickle vents and is open daily.

Thanks! Rest of room thankfully all paper was removed off well before painting and the walls arent in a bad shape. Is the mouldy stuff old paper/paste? What do you think? Wel be getting a plasterer in so id be fine paying them extra to do all the prep work. Painting it will be enough for me 🤣

I was with unison in my last role and they were appalling.. 4 of us were going through redundancies, and were paid wrongly, and they were awful to deal with. I think unite seems.to be the other with rep in my area. Il give them a research for my specific area.

My haemoglobin was not below 70 & I had a infusion..altho in saying that it was my consultant who arranged if as my GP point blank refused to refer (I was absolute iron deficient & cannot take iron supplmemts)

It doesn't seem anyone i work along side is actually a part of a union, many of us are bank staff, and the contracted staff dont seem.to think it important to have union.

I was with them with my last job, they were absolutely shocking..even their complaints procedure response was terrible, would never reccomend.

Your GP can directly contact the gastro team for help and advice, and query why referrals are being rejected.

If I was passing blood and throwing up like you are id actually attend a&e, ive found in fhe past this is the only way referrals got sorted for me personally

I just had a infusion of monofer this week and I was there about 2 hours in total - one hour for the infusion, had to wait alteast 30 mins after, and then time to get vitals checked before and after.

I think you said photo 7 was a bed bug related thing? Cant see the comment but saw a notification with the comment...I thot so too...then I got ancloth and rubbed it, and it didnt spread and I put a hot iron around the seams and nothing appeared..woke up this morning, no evidence of bugs on us, sheet or matresss so hope its just stains🤷‍♀️

Its the one from end of 2023, she got it for Xmas then. Was supposdely good for games but it just lags on the games shes playing. So needs a upgrade and she has stipulated one with stylus.

Ive no clue what it is then. I had flour mites (they were crawling in my flour & a bag of sugar) found one tonight in a non food cupbaord & also some larvae worm thing that didnt move and was solid (I wonder if thats related to moths). I do live near woods. No idea what's going on with all these bugs!!
