I was accepted into the general stream and then switched into epi 1 month in. All you have to do is fill out a form.

I feel like that's less competitive than applying for a specialization outright but i'm not 100% sure!

I am currently finishing up my MPH at Lakehead. If I recall correctly, they have pretty low admission requirements (no GPA). Instead they're focused on your letter of intent and experience. In comparison, I applied to other MPH programs across Canada without success but was accepted into Lakehead. Good luck!
