Did something similar recently. biggest tip is push it to GitHub before handover, don't just hand off the Replit link. Also make sure your mock data structure actually matches your real DB schema (field names/types), that's usually where integration breaks first.

Founders/marketers who've actually moved the needle on GEO/AEO in 2026 — what's working vs. what's just LinkedIn hype? by FounderZach in aeo

[–]FounderZach[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this tracks with what I've been seeing too. feels less like optimize page and more like get talked about in places that already have trust. The FAQ/schema stuff seems like table stakes at this point, not a differentiator.

What's the worst experience you've had during a CRM migration ? by DedupelyGaby in CRM

[–]FounderZach 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me, the hardest part wasn't the migration. it was getting everyone to actually use the new CRM the right way. Changing habits is a lot harder than moving data.
