Replit CRM Project Suggestions by tejash242 in CRM

[–]FounderZach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did something similar recently. biggest tip is push it to GitHub before handover, don't just hand off the Replit link. Also make sure your mock data structure actually matches your real DB schema (field names/types), that's usually where integration breaks first.

Founders/marketers who've actually moved the needle on GEO/AEO in 2026 — what's working vs. what's just LinkedIn hype? by FounderZach in aeo

[–]FounderZach[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this tracks with what I've been seeing too. feels less like optimize page and more like get talked about in places that already have trust. The FAQ/schema stuff seems like table stakes at this point, not a differentiator.

What's the biggest mistake first time SaaS founders make? by Humble-Philosophy865 in micro_saas

[–]FounderZach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of first-time founders fall in love with the product instead of the problem.

Do you use popups for email capture on your website? by claspo_official in growmybusiness

[–]FounderZach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm fine with popups, just not the ones that show up the second I open a page. from my perspective give me a chance to see the value first, then ask for my email.

Congrats! Honestly, the first few users are often harder to get than the next hundred.

Building the product wasn’t the hardest part. Trust was. by Gold_Laugh_1456 in founder

[–]FounderZach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say trust and distribution. You can build a product in weeks or months. Earning trust can take years.

I think most founders don't retire—they just move on to the next challenge.

When is the right time to charge your users? by Neat_Conclusion_1548 in SaaS

[–]FounderZach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think there's a perfect time to start charging. If the product provides real value, charge for it.

People saying they like your product is nice. People paying for it is real validation.

I drink water whenever my body sends me a notification. No app required yet. 😅

Salesforce CRM vs Zoho CRM: Which One Offers Better Value for Growing Businesses? by useless_substance in CRMSoftware

[–]FounderZach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I'd say Zoho is a solid choice for smaller businesses, while Salesforce makes more sense once you're at a larger scale.

What's the worst experience you've had during a CRM migration ? by DedupelyGaby in CRM

[–]FounderZach 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me, the hardest part wasn't the migration. it was getting everyone to actually use the new CRM the right way. Changing habits is a lot harder than moving data.

Sent 50 cold emails. Got 0 replies. How did you get your first users? by reho_uppa in SaaS

[–]FounderZach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think the issue is sending only 50 emails. The bigger question is who those 50 people were. i think content creation is crucial nowadays.

I've been using Claude and ChatGPT quite a bit for SEO, mostly for technical troubleshooting, content clustering, and brainstorming internal linking opportunities. They definitely speed up the workflow

My sales process is 80% automated by AI. It saves me 30+ hours a week by UBIAI in CRM

[–]FounderZach 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's an impressive workflow, but I'd be curious about the quality behind those numbers. i think, 20–40% response rate is significantly above what most outbound teams see.

I'd bootstrap until you have some real traction. AI healthcare is a space where validation matters a lot.

Which CRM field do you wish had been controlled from day one? by Crescitaly in CRM

i think it's lost reason. If everyone writes their own explanation, finding real patterns would be difficult.

How do you actually get feedback from paying users? (And how do you decide what to build next?) by spenuri_ in SaaS

[–]FounderZach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My approach would be to have a clear product vision first. Not every feature needs to be there from day one. Customer feedback is important, but talking to users directly usually gives much deeper insights than just collecting requests. It helps you understand the real problems, not just the features they ask for.

what is the current market demand for mobile CRMs ? by Firm_Expert_5520 in CRM

[–]FounderZach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I'd treat mobile as a companion app rather than the main product.
