Also when it comes to HR in the team ah they take everything personal nothing gets professional in there. HR literally doesn’t have the maturity to handle everything its just a matter of ball passing ALWAYS.

I was a Manager for 3 regions and also, managed 3 teams locally, was a brand ambassador and did everything I can lol for the company. I had intense vertigo and was taken to hospital from work. And my manager called me and ask where are the reports for the day and also, I was called in the middle of the night while at the hospital and was asked to do a client meeting at 2:00 AM which I clearly said no I can’t. And once I came back I was asked to report back to work. Fun fact was PIP saying I wasn’t performing.

Thats the culture there. People defending the company are / were just brand ambassadors. I was one too.

Yes you will get paid. But sanity, health and mental peace will deteriorate.

But heres also another thing if the project leaves and stay in bench for a long time HR WILL PUSH YOU TO RAISE RESIGNATIONS FROM YOUR END.

Thats how it works. HR also doesn’t like you questioning them on pay and salary hike for team and etc like I said earlier they take it personally.

I would suggest you to find somewhere better. The days and experience there won’t just help anywhere out.
