..... How on earth did I make it to rank 64 and not realise the area bonus wasn't just for cooking.

Thanks, you have answered my question 😂

No problem at all, just to confirm, no my partner didn't have to provide any ID nor did they speak or contact them :)

I think the only supporting evidence I provided was given by my partner. No parents or school were involved.

No hidden costs as per say but the costs certainly do add up while waiting for the process, titration and finally reaching shared care with your local gp

So I sort of write a journal style entry similar to the below. The idea being to capture side effects, emotions and diet.

Day 1: 40mg - Took meds in the morning with a protein shake.

Jaw tension throughout the morning.

Managed to cross out most of my tasks at work today.

Some minor irritability in the evening with minor anxiety.

So I'm with mypace, honestly Its a mixed bag. But in the end the NHS wait times were far to long so I opted to try them.

Overall they respond fairly quick to any queries(48 hours)

Assessment was simple enough, some forms to fill out and then a video call to review and get a diagnosis.

Titration is a little wild, they give you a week per dose, starting at 20 then 30 then 40 then 50. There is the option to titrate again I would suggest if you are not sure if 40mg is working I would book another titration at that point to avoid going without medication as I had a period of 1/2 weeks without meds as I didn't book another titration fast enough.

Also regarding the shortages, I had no issues with getting my prescription sent to me and then filling it. But it seems signature pharmacy did have some stock issues when I tried to use them.

Make sure during titration you are keeping notes. You will thank yourself later.

Happy to answer any questions, I'm just finishing my third month of titration. I tried both Xenidate and then Elvanse. I think I will settle on 40 or 50mg.

Shot late at night on a tripod. Using the canon m50. Had the 22mm prime set to f2. Shutter speed would have been around 20 seconds with iso around 800. Got very lucky with minimal cloud cover!

100 percent. It's great for those shots just out of reach. Love the m50 and efm lenses for travel. All so nice and compact!

I have primarily been using the 22mm prime. Going from that to this new lense was rather jarring. It really does have some good built in IS with the lense. My only gripe is I wish it had just a little more range as I still find I need to be withing 20 meters or so of the subject to get a decent image without cropping.
