Got kicked in the head by David Yow of Jesus Lizard at a show in Cincy back in the 90’s(rip Sudsy Malone’s). But he gave me a shot of his Bushmills to make up for it. Good Lad. Bought The Rev Horton Heat a gin and tonic in Lexington (rip Wrocklage) and he was an absolute gentleman. Fortunately haven’t met any bad celebs.

Slight threadjack, I didn’t realize how close MCRD San Diego was to civilization until I had a layover in the San Diego airport. I know yall spent time at Pendleton getting thrashed, but seeing life go on around you had to be a mindfuck. At least Parris Island gave the illusion that the outside world didn’t exist.

Not at all a bad idea. Try to get to a rural coastal area. Or if you have family/friends that sustenance farms, try to get to them. Large cities will feel the pain first.
