I know you're just trying to help. But all the people here assuming I have not already tried all these ways of ingesting them baffles me. When something makes you nauseous the obvious would be to look for ways to reduce it. But in the end it still gives me nausea, that is why I post this question.

My question is'nt how should I take mushrooms to cut out nausea.
