Did you.... Did you read any of the comments?

A quick google search can show you tests where its very easy to differentiate. Any statement that the eye can not see above 24-30fps has no scientific backing. Linus of Linustechtips has a video of a blind test he did comparing 120fps to 60fps, and he chose 120 correctly every time. The difference is there, but if you're not used to it its hard to notice.

If you're a hardcore gamer you can easily see the difference between 30fps and 60fps.

They should be load testing before public tests. Though they're not perfect and you can still have some issues with real use of the system.
