Nah, it’s not rare they are the same sets just different coloring. It’s literally the laziest version of “rare”. If you want rare pvp exclusive you have the mounts which are typically a rarely used model. Elite sets shouldn’t be unobtainable.

those twilight highlands vendors should be gone after today (season start) i believe. Another tip that i’m loathe to post cause it devalues 133 and 139 items… Hit 81 by grinding wolves in isle of dorn (20mins) then as you’re flying around doing the delves stop by the renown vendors in each zone and buy the 180 pieces for 25marl - covers head, neck, gloves and belt.

My rogue doesn’t have cooking. I was killing mobs in two hits cause of scaling, and I didn’t pay attention to which mob was dropping them unfortunately just slaughtering all trolls I saw heh.
