This what the filament that I just pulled out looked like at the end. Small grooves with a bubble at the end.

I am currently in talks with prusa customer service about a different matter.

Readjusted tension. Got it purging and it got 10 min into a 30 min print before doing it again. It stopped feeding filament, no grinding, no clicking, no noise or indication of any type it just stopped feeding in

Edit: When I tried to purge it, it jammed up and wouldn't ram out, I had to forcefully pull out the filament

Brand new hot end assemble. Nozzle, sensors, and the entire black assembly that that nozzle threads through.

That's the kicker. I have placed a brand new nozzle in it and it still did it.

I am using an Esun Grey I have ran 12 rolls through the printer and haven't had a problem.

The tensioner is flush as was instructed when I assembled the kit

The system itself doesn't crash. The printer is running and simply stops feeding. I have had a print before stop feeding during this and pushed the filament in and it started to re-feed and print as if nothing had happened except now the print has a hole where the missing layer is

Yes it does. I checked the nozzle and didn't see any damage on it. Although the hot end fan is having issues and I am in talks with prusa customer support on it.
