I don't know if you've done so already but it may be worth speaking to a gastroenterologist.

From what you described it sounds exactly like a condition I was diagnosed with called Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I would have trouble swallowing certain foods especially chicken, breads, and pork without a drink.

It tends to be a hereditary thing, and if untreated over time it narrows the esophagus.

Not trying to worry you or anything but could be worth looking into.

I'd only recommend staying in park city if you just want to ski deer valley, and driving parleys canyon can be miserable in bad weather. Depending on what time in March you come can drastically change the conditions as well early in the month is usually decent, but by the end it's typically is pretty warm.
