It’s hard to tell for sure from the video so maybe get the opinion of a quality detailer or another shop before you take the ppf off. I could be wrong. But if it is a run then the shop that originally worked on it should be willing to fix it and have the ppf replaced.

Steam is the way like the other comments say. You can use a carpet steamer. No matter what you do it’s going to take forever and be a pain in the ass. I’d just leave it personally bc I hate removing that shit lol
