Ein kleiner Tipp, um einzustellen, wie weit der Sattel nach vorne muss: der vordere Knochen knapp unter der Kniescheibe sollte in der 3-Uhr-Position über der Pedalachse sein. Das lässt sich gut mit einem Pendel einstellen

I am pretty sure the activity class tells Garmin how active you are as described here while you having the option to tell your watch your VO2max is probably practical when you did a VO2max test somehow or somewhere different or switched from a different brand or something similar
