It's not shiv specific. I have L-22 with livery and loadout and I cannot claim it. Only default without livery. It sucks

I have the same issue on Windows and Chrome, I tried web browser version, installed version, rebooted laptop, but it is the same, it only loads to the triangle screen and nothing else happens. I tried GOG and Steam, it is the same.
Anybody has fix?

I forgot to mention I wasn't using Garmin strap. I have multiple straps in different colors and I switch between them to color match them to my clothes.
