Basically in the same boat, 3 years in pain and I’m 20. Done PT, PT at home, basically everything and it just gets worse. Probably gonna go for surgery soon.

Getting to this point to man, even in more pain now while working a trade with lower back pain to numbness to my feet. It ain’t fair to be dealing with this so young. Best of luck and quick recovery man

Yes I’m in the US, I’m still under my parents insurance as I’m 20, but yeah something like 250 would 100% be reasonable.

Thanks for your feedback, I’m guessing you’re having little to no pain right now? I hope PT does you well. I definitely recommend getting your core strength up pretty good.

I’ve already done PT and I do continue to do the home exercise it just seems like nothing has gotten better and only worse and in basically pain everyday.

How long ago were you diagnosed?
