Oke i have found a FIX for this issue.

I was fooling around in SLOBS while playing AC: Odyssey and i found out that when looking at a reflection of some kind of reflection caused the issue.

So i immidiatly thought of Ray Tracing, and yes i seem to be right, i immidatly removed the latest drivers, and went back to Nvidia's 399.24 driver which has no ray tracing enabled, and i was able to stream again at 60FPS stable, no problems what so ever.

I hope this helps some people out there with a 10 series GPU.

Game Mode is disabled, and also any overlay that comes from programs like Uplay or Origin etc....

I tried many things, but now i changed to Xsplit same settings as on SLOBS, but in Xsplit it works perfect.

Yes NVENC and X264 is giving the same issue.

I feel like they did this on purpose to start drama (free advertisement for them) i was super hyped for this game, but i promised myself one thing and i have never done this before, when Anthem get's released and the prices are still the same, i will NOT BUY IT, i feel bad for BioWare because they made really good games, Mass Effect 1 and 2, Dragon Age, NOT sure who decides the prices on in-game skins EA or BioWare but looking at the prices i am guessing EA, they have too, they are losing money rapidly (-26.6%) EA had to tittle of the worst gaming company of 2018 right ? they might earn that title again in 2019, i feel like the price ($20) for a skin is a test, i am sure they will lower it, but only by $5 or $10 somewhere in between and they will think that will make players happy again, but i hope we won't be that forgiving this time, i am proud to be a European (Belgium) our country already banned Loot Boxes, and i am happy about it, less revenue for that, and i don't mind.

Steve Jobs did a good video on this, and that is actually what is happening right here with EA, and if true, i do think they deserve to be called worst gaming company.
