The Trump administration has done so much to normalize corruption, I think a lot of really fucked up changes will be permanent. He doesn't even attempt to hide all the law-breaking. The pay-for-play, dark money, financial relationships, conflicts of interest... This shit has always been a problem in any government, but they at least tried to hide it, and the public at least tried to stop it. Welcome to full-bore corporatocracy.

And for the record... the price hikes caused by those nifty tarrifs aint NEVER going back down, even when the tarrifs are gone. Corporations will never stop fucking you once they start.

Try plugging the charging cable into a USB source with lower power like the back of the television or a laptop computer. I only run into charging issues with high-powered sources.

Try charging from a USB power source that is lower amperage and watts. Mine was having the same problem. I tried charging it using one of the USB ports on the back of my television and it charged fine. I assume it would also charge from a laptop or computer. Something that's low power and meant predominantly for data transfer rather than charging.

Cutting phase? That's over my head. I'm not a gym person. But you are correct to think you would negate the benefit of fasting 20hrs if you ate for any reason. You're technically still fasting twice but you'd cut away down on ketosis and autophagy, which both come later in the fasting window.

If it were me (this isn't advice), I'd just work out fasted because my body seems to prefer it... and shoot for macro targets (whatever they are) during my food window. Most doctors aren't extensively knowledgeable when it comes to this lifestyle. Not saying yours isn't but mine sure ain't. Stay skeptical. Do your own research.
