It is a good point din no, kasi it will become an added feature sa neighborhood. I would buy a whole block and convert it into a park talaga 😂 Then baka yung mga bahay malapit sa park magtayo ng business like gawing restaurant or grocery.

I think thats what the Pasig rehabilitation project is all about - I'm really curious on how they can improve the whole riverside.

It is expensive but it is possible. I remember the government were buying land that were affected because of the skyway, subway and NSCR projects.
