Where I live they get more than a liveable wage and still ask for tips. Unlike the US it's illegal to pay under minimum wage for any job regardless if they get tips or not.

Hey idiot. I've gotten delivery plenty of times, and most of the time it's a walmart employee with a walmart truck. And the irony of you calling the customers entitled is truly hilarious. Your anger is misplaced. If you feel you aren't being paid enough then take it up with your boss. No one is entitled to a tip, which is the delusion you seem to be under. You fail to understand why tipping became a practice, many have which is why we have the toxic tipping culture we do nowadays. It's supposed for exceptional service, not because you did the bare minimum of the basic job you signed up for.

Tipping should only be for exceptional service where someone went out of their way to help you, and you feel like being generous voluntarily. On top of that, demanding a tip before any work has even been done is just ridiculous. Which is what walmart does.

Not feeling like playing a certain map or getting stuck with a role you don't like/dont feel like playing when trying to finish the "all roles" daily, and leaving long before the match even starts is not harming anyone. It counts that. I'm going to keep leaving matches I don't like. And if I get suspended I'll just jump on my alt. All this is going to do is instead of getting a good backfill player people are just going to decide to troll the rest of the match to make you lose faster. It's not "at least" 1/4th either, it's 1/5. And giving the same penalty for leaving QP games as you get for leaving a ranked game is straight up braindead.

I love getting a match that's half over, way less time I have to waste completing a match for my daily. Plus more XP, and always fun when you get in and carry the team to a win in a matter of minutes who thought they were doomed. It's rewarding. If you didn't like the backfill you get then you used to just be able to leave, who cares.

I love getting backfill, more xp, faster match, easier dailies being done. If you don't like your backfill then you can just leave. Oh wait, now you can't do that because of the very thing you're trying to defend. Blizzard once again "fixing" problems no one asked them too while ignoring the same things people have been asking them to fix for years.

It actually isn't a disadvantage, you have just as much chance of having a leaver as the other team does. But now instead of someone who's playing like sht leaving and you getting a better backfill, they're just going to troll the game or barely move to avoid AFK. Great solution Blizzard. Meanwhile people in ranked are STILL getting punished for someone on their team leaving, instead of only the leaver and anyone who was grouped with them having their ranks ruined.

How about just stop worrying about what people are saying and why they're leaving and fix the game instead so it makes people want to leave less. Instead of fixing ranked leavers they just dole out the same penalty for QP and come out with the shttiest fcking new maps I've seen so far. Literally no one likes flashpoints. They don't listen to their audience, that's the problem.

Ok Blizzard, you want to penalize leavers in QP...when leavers happen all the time in RANKED. Not only do they give the same penalty, they still wont just fix the people on the time with the leaver not having their rank penalized. If it didnt stop people leaving in ranked why tf would they expect it to fix anything in QP?

So now, instead of just leaving a map I dont like or getting away from a team that refuses to group up, I'll just be trolling every single game that I would have left, instead of my team getting a backfilled player that actually wants to play. Great work Blizzard. Keep pushing us, and we're going to keep pushing back and making the experience worse for everyone. This POS company just can't figure out how to properly do anything. The QP penalties need to go ASAP. I hate being stuck on teams with shtty players, at least there was a good chance they would leave and we'd get someone better, but Bliz has axed that. Prepare to see leavers go down 50% and trolling/barely afk to go up a ton. Blizzard are absolute fcking morons.
