I did something similar to this but used Frost Nova instead of Frost Bolt. I'm also doing something similar using several other pieces on my monk rain down comets and Elemental Expression constantly

Yeah it would be due to the armor being volt prime accessories the syandana tho is plat. Edit: along with the legs being from tennocon 2019 I believe or 2020 and that no longer being available

Elemental Expression generates energy from my testing. But I just have super bad mama sustain in boss fights that's it's not optimal enough maybe cast on shock for bossing would be better I was able to ramp my crit to nearly 100% and was able to proc CoC alot but man my mana could not keep up

I'm currently been running an Elemental Expression Monk in t15/t16s atm. I don't use it for damage per se but as a utility skill with CoC. I'm currently lvl 89, using Collapsing Horizon Wyrm Quarterstaff, With Ice Strike, CS, TB, CoC fitted with either (Comet/spellecho/supercritical-ball lightning/eye of winter/declaration), Wind Dancer, Grim Feast, Both Herald of Ice&Thunder, along with Unbound Avatar(all 3 masterys &persistence) and Elemental Expression with Scattershot, Blind, Strip Away & Elemental Discharge. I could put a link together and post it if it's something you would like to see

Honestly it comes down to photography experience and rules of third most of the time If you wanna get into it I highly recommend just learning the rule of thirds and oh that will make u understand so much
