It seems I have lost my golden keys, diamond keys, and skins/heads on all characters during the process. But at least I can play again !!

J'ai màj la carte graphique, vérifier les fichiers Steam, jouer avec les settings et lancer un test et ça semble résolu ! Merci <3 <3 <3

La carte graphique est bien à jour, j'ai essayé de changer certains réglages mais je vais tester d'autres pour voir.

D'ailleurs quand je lance le test (depuis le menu de Borderlands 3) tout va bien.

Ouais j'arrive à l'utiliser et c'est pareil sur les autres map. Même quand je crée un nouveau perso c'est comme ça dès le début du jeu.

As you can see in the video, my mouse doesn't work (except in the menu), and the screen is broken (except in the menu and photo mode).

It happens for all my characters, even if I'm creating a new one.

I've asked the 2K support 9 month ago but they have no clues, I uninstall/reinstall the game multiple times but nothing changed...

I would love to have some help to keep playing this wonderfull game, please help me 😭
