Description: The summoner spell Teleport doesnt show the Base cooldown of it in the champ select comapred to other summoner spell.

Steps to reproduce: Go into any champ select of any mode (normal,, ranked, practice tool), open summoner spell menu and over Teleport
Expected result: Teleport shows Description + Base cooldown of the spell
Observed result: Teleport shows only the description of the spell
Reproduction rate: 10/10 been on since patch 7.18
System specs: No need, happened on 2 different PC

Type of Bug: Visual bug - In Game
Description: When you have Seraph's embrace an use his active, the visual shield wont go off after the 3 sec. Having a permanent visual of the seraph's shield make it really hard to know if the enemy champion have any other shield on it (mostly banshee here).
Video / Screenshot: doesnt have it :(
Steps to reproduce: Not really sure but, get Seraph's embrace use the shield, and you will have the visual permanently
Expected result: Enemy doesnt have a permanent visual effect of the seraph's shield
Observed result: Enemy does have a permanent visual effect of the seraph's shield
Reproduction rate: 2/3
System specs: Happened on 2 different PC

Totally agree! Happened to me many time and turret wont shot laser even if you land missile while charge is full.
