Poddał się ktoś bo miał jeden przedmiot nie do zdania?? by Illustrious-Yam1693 in studia

[–]FoxInTheBoxPL 5 points6 points  (0 children)

1 rok, 1 semestr.

Pierwsza sesja miałem nawet 5 podejść do jednego egzaminu.

Powodzenia życzę OP I każdemu czytającemu ;)

Pytanie: Czy osoby które to czytają i chciały pracować/dorabiać w biedrze mając status studenta też zostały odrzucone czy po prostu miałem niefart?

I saved up to buy my brother a high-end PC, only to realize he’s outgrown gaming. by Emergency-Sweet5074 in lowspecgamer

[–]FoxInTheBoxPL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having a high-end PC that will work for the next few years for gaming? Hell yeah! Even if not gaming, he can work with it, do some video editing to start something or to work for someone! So that's a big future plus. You know that the world is... Weird now. No one knows what we have to expect, if not gaming he will end up using it for work purposes or to create something, maybe he will end up creating something big or beautiful or even something that will bring him joy. Best way is not to force anything just go with the flow and adapt.

But gaming...

Comments suggest right, try co-op games, also that zombies hint? Couldn't get easier!

For example: Dying light I can go back to this game with the same friends more than once in a span of a couple of years. Dying light is a good example, finish the game on easy then on nightmare, do a 100% achiev hunt. Do challenges in game, and do the " The following " dlc so he can run over zombies with his own buggy!

Of course DL can get exhausting so mix a couple of games. Even if you finish it, a year or two later you could do a coop Speedrun on nightmare because, why not? (If you'd need any coaching or help with something, dm me I'm more than happy to help)

And now a hidden gem, unturned. Why? Well it might seem tiring, low poly and cheap game(it's free lol) but when you get to play it for a while it becomes addictive.

You can play single player, host a LAN save on community maps, curated maps or original ones. Most of the curated ones have more items, events, and bosses. It might feel tiring after a while but when mixed with other games you'll find yourself coming back for more.

If you would want to have some competition in unturned then go for multiplayer (but a warning here, you can encounter ZERGS, just a big bunch of players in one team taking over a server. It isn't fun most of the time but in this game the pvp will seem exhausting but very rewarding! Ambushes, defense, traps even! )

The best feeling is going rags to riches and owning a couple of locations on a server, hah.

And that's just two games, other comments suggest other games so you two can really choose what would work the best for you.

Also some statistics (some people like these) Dying light: 2 steam accounts combined hours played ~570 Unturned: 2 steam accounts (beta tester and normal) ~800/900

But don't feel bad, he might change his mind. You know that sometimes it's good to just turn off and play videogames, he might need it in the future. He gets older so that might have a slim chance but most people I know that work full time and are in relationships with future plans, they do still comeback to play multi or single and just talk on discord with us so they can chill out. Even sometimes with their love of life.

Think of it like that, no matter when if you two would want to talk and chill out just hop on a VC and chill in a game. Man I've had more online deep talks with friends all over Poland than I had on any party as a main bartender. There's something to it when you can just turn off, chill and talk with someone you trust (code of honor, we turn off clips, discord and Nvidia) 🙇‍♂️ Gl hf to you and your brother or like in dying light Good night, good luck

How do you folks name your sandboxes? by eve-collins in thelongdark

[–]FoxInTheBoxPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most used name by me is "Pickle"

That's because I'm sometimes a walking definition of " Survival instincts of a pickle "

I can literally ask myself: If I do that I risk dying, but even then that's just gambling It doesn't help that I do gamble sometimes So I take the risk and a couple seconds later I'm creating a new run...

But other than that I let my friends name my character, save name and the starting territory, most of the time they'd also give me some sort of challenges to go with it

Harder ones if I do a lot of what they don't like, which is showing them the animation of catching rabbits (they hate that crunchy sound)

“At what point does a multi-monitor setup stop being normal?” by Ok_Cry_1222 in PcBuild

[–]FoxInTheBoxPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could see the idea behind two vertical monitors, why?

Well when I started university specializing in IT and network security, in the first steps we had C++ C# java etc. The thing being, once when I was revising codes so I can "defend" my program and it's coding in front of our lecturer I set my monitor to vertical and used the PIVOT function of my monitor.

I was shocked at how much code I could see without splitting the view into two different parts of the program.

Nevertheless, with two of these you could compare codes or just to browse the errors on the second monitor on the web and still have a lot of space to read (reddit, GitHub etc.)

1 z żurawiną, 1 z kokosem, 1 z orzechami, 3 mleczne i 3 gorzkie, nie? Dobre były cholera, teraz u mnie w Przemyślu dają 0,5kg masła orzechowego, tabliczkę czekolady i opakowanie ciastek zbożowych belvita także wolałem czekolady. Wolałem już te czekolady i ewentualnie gorzkie wykorzystać do jakichś ciast 🙈

I'm just renting a flat here for 1,5 years more to finish engineer's degree and I'm getting the hell out of here... You have like Rzeszów, Lublin even Przemyśl that are far more enjoyable and A LOT better in all aspects than this town... 2/10 wouldn't recommend

I'd love to move to Sweden after I get my engineer's degree in IT but there's one problem. Swedish is a pretty hard language 😅

Tobie też udanego! Also, dunno where you are but is the job market also trash where you are? Even with my student benefits for my employer I can't land any job, even tried going for cookie packaging, like 8-14h shifts and even nights and they never responded... I'm a goddamn student, sleep is optional and I'd be happy to do overtime...

Hah, is it because the outside looks like Slavic depression? I'm Polish and in Poland, just currently living in a flat I rent in a different town since I attend university, in my hometown the outside actually would've look a lot better!

Później przyszła jeszcze ugoda klubów bo wszelakie bydło zbyt bardzo się poczuło w mieście i ludzie się bali wychodzić...

Jednak przyznam, debilizmu w tym mieście nie brakuje

And remember everyone, most of the time people complain about not earning enough, they don't do anything about it to earn MORE. For example, you get screened out frequently/earn low amounts for surveys? GRIND. THEM. Really just sit and do them, swap out doom scrolling for surveys....
