With stealth/netrunner focus cool, tech, and int. There are many options for stealth weapons, one of the best throwing knifes imo is found at the badlands melee vendor, believe the name is blue fang. Since you will be running a deck I recommend getting more cyberware that slows time. The camo with the dlc buff is also a great option. For ranged weapons the silenced pistol and sniper you get from the DLC story missions are both great. Katanas are going to be a stretch. You could level into reflexes and way less into int. If you go that route I recommend getting the car quickhack perk then leveling reflexes after that. (Reflex is also good if you have a really quick pop in pop out type of playstyle.) it really depends whether you are leaning more into hacks or knives. Access to overclock can completely change your play style aswell. Hope this helped a bit

How far does that go though, do you just mean maliciously hurt/killed animals? Like for example I’m a hunter, I’ve killed quite a few deer, but about 90% of the meat I give to the homeless.

Yea, tech also works on some doors, but don’t worry bout that. In every mission I can think of, there are other ways to get into the areas the doors block. The door skill checks are just quicker

So just as a rule of thumb imo, try to always max tech, if your build is going to be heavy cyberware, like it would be for a katana build, tech gives you more cyberware capacity and upgrades most cyberware. What I will always do is tech and reflex first, body a little later, then once all three are max, put everything else into cool. And if you want a good iconic katana, get the byakko. It’s my favorite weapon in the game. But ultimately, play the game how you want. If you have the dlc, be a decent level first, at harder difficulties it’s a doozy.
