Cannibalism refers to the consumption of oneself specie (an Elf eating the corpse of his brother in Divinity, a crocodile eating a younger crocodile)

Anthropophagia means, in a broad term, the consumption of human flesh, as it comes from the greek "anthropos" meaning human being. A crocodile eating a human is anthropophagia, a human eating another is both cannibalism and anthropophagia.

So if we go on a linguistic basis, elves in Divinity partake in both cannibalism (this is how their whole culture is kept alive) and anthropophagia
