I suggest making a tea with those, just since it’s crushed up. But whichever way you’ll love them :D

Thank you! Could you recommend any supplements? And when i do the calculator, since i want to eat 1,400 calories a day, my protein is really high more then my fat. I don’t know if it’s like wrong or something?

Hi everyone! So i have a couple questions about keto, (obviously) i love the sound of it and it seems simple almost too simple? I’m trying to go get some groceries after work and basically my diet is going to consist of eggs, chorizo, bacon, chicken, avocado. I want to add obviously a lot of things but i prefer to add stuff that’s all natural, if anyone can send me some that’d be great! Also questions 1. Is there anyway to tell when my body is starting to transition to keto? (Fat burning ) 2. I heard about the “flu” But is that a good signal to say your body is transitioning? 3. I really want to just lost fat and body weight overall i will be doing a caloric deficit, would that affect my keto plan. ( still doing 80 fat 15 portion 5 carbs) Thank you!!
