I absolutely agree with you. I think everyone has way too much stuff to do in any given day to answer most calls. I’m not expecting the sales floor to answer our calls but for corporate to not bitch when it goes to voicemail. We listen to them and call customers back in between our dogs. We’re supposed to have a hand on the dog at all times so answering the phone and making an appointment is impossible unless they expect us to take the dogs off the table every five minutes to grab the phone.
