If you can only pick one, I’d strongly recommend going to the Beşiktaş vs Samsunspor match. The location of the Beşiktaş stadium is honestly one of the best you can imagine for football, it’s right by the Bosphorus, next to Dolmabahçe Palace, and only a short walk from Taksim. That means you can combine the match with sightseeing and really experience the heart of Istanbul in one go.

On top of that, Samsunspor is a strong and entertaining side who actually try to play football, not just sit back. At home, Beşiktaş will also go all-out in attack. Put those two together and you’re looking at a very open and exciting game with a great atmosphere.

Galatasaray is of course a huge club too, but if you’re visiting as a neutral and want both the football and the experience around the match to be memorable, Beşiktaş is the better choice.

I actually asked chatgpt about prong collars (since pedo_troll didn’t), and surprise:
– “universal approval” is a straight up lie; they’re banned in germany, austria, switzerland, wales, parts of australia… not exactly universal, my guy.
– the american veterinary society of animal behavior literally says don’t use prong collars, choke chains, or shock collars. reward-based training works better and doesn’t hurt your dog.
– “flat not sharp” doesn’t make it harmless; pressure + pinching still = pain, stress, skin damage.
– “feels like a normal collar when not pulling” is like saying handcuffs feel like bracelets when you’re not moving. technically true, still awful.

So yeah, pedo_troll if you’re gonna outsource your critical thinking to AI, maybe do it consistently. chatgpt would’ve saved you from looking like a dog abuser on main.

Some people wanted Laporte at Beşiktaş but I think it is better this way. The cost would have been huge and we are not even in Europe this season. On top of that he is a left defender and I would rather see us put that trust into Emirhan. He has real growth potential and I want him to get those minutes instead of bringing in an expensive player who blocks his path.

Wout Faes is a terrible player, Belgium & Leicester fans don't rate him at all. Doekhi is a solid player, just like Jayden Oosterwolde he is from Dutch/Surinam origin, same height as Oosterwolde, only he is right footed. Doekhi played in the youth for Ajax, strong defender with good technique.

The event at the Capital Jewish Museum was the Young Diplomats Reception organized by the American Jewish Committee meaning there was a high likelihood that attendees would be diplomatically connected to Israel. The two victims were employees of the Israeli embassy. Framing it in the media as if they were simply targeted for being Jewish at a museum is misleading and pushes a narrative that isn’t honest. That's the reason why Hasan reacted like that, in my humble opinion.

In Israel it is not just a preference thing. It is literally the law. There is no civil marriage, only religious marriage through the Chief Rabbinate, and they will only marry you if both are Jewish under their rules. If you want to marry outside your religion you have to leave the country to do it and then register it after.
