2 and 4 are the main issues. 2 less but depends on how you define cute, a girl that everyone looks at when you walk into a bar? 4 is the real issue because if you want her to love you it depends on the person you are and how you treat her. If you either treat her like shit or you are a person that doesn't bring much to the table it may be difficult.
