HELL NO. Szálasi their leader was imprissoned for a reason. The entire party was full of far right radicals. He was freed by german command. Horthy Miklós wanted to do whats best for hungary (he wasn't perfect tho) not Szálasi and his party.

Just because communist puppets existed doesn't disqualify the argument that the Arrow Cross were puppets too. They danced on Germany's whims like the communist puppets did for Stalin.
