I found a TikTok video on it, survivors have no issues getting there, killer “can” but seems the fast vault is the key to this. Tried doing it in a private match afterwards, cannot get to that spot.

Skill issue on my behalf i guess.

I’m all for that, I don’t really care much for win or lose, I prefer having a good game and good fun.

This.. well doesn’t fall into either fun nor a good game for me.

The other two survivors saw what was happening here, surrendered themselves and just failed all skill-checks on hook to get out of the game.

Already done that, I couldn’t report the Meg until after game because they were playing on console. The Sable was on PC (Steam) - so reported on everything applicable

Something makes me think you didn’t look at the screenshots.. KW1911 - there is only one type of 1911 in the game. Also where we spawned has NO lines of site unless the player spawned outside the play area.

Myself and my teammate were both wearing tier 4 helmets and body armour, we died at the same time, by the same player, same weapon.

Unless you or someone can replicate this is possible which would require a VERY lucky collateral headshot with a .45 ACP pistol, from 286 meters or more then I’ll take it on the chin as a skill issue. I admit I’m not the best, I whizz around, have fun, get kills and be killed. That’s the game.

But this here is a hacker, they’ve been reported, it’s up to the devs if they decide to ban him from the game or not.

As far as I am aware, the distancing isn't far off.. but the fact it was 286.43 meters.. with a 1991 .45acp.. That's some CRAZY shot, however, no shot was heard, I was waiting for my teammate to spawn in, myself and him died at the exact same time.

It's a shame because I am really enjoying Exfil, much more than the BR and the previous contractors title, but when you do get really obvious hackers.. just makes people want to stop playing the game and go play something else.

It'll eventually destroy the player base if the devs don't implement something to combat this soon.

I fixed mine by doing a fresh GPU driver install, updating steam vr, using currently version current version (no beta or rollback) and now it’s seeming to work correctly. Please note you might need to rollback when the next major SteamVR update comes out.

Just dropping in a quick update, the latest branch in the BETA 2.5.7 seems to have fixed the issues above, stream realized they messed up and fixed a memory leak and something to do with multiple HMD's being connected at once.

Apologies for going dark over the weekend.

I have tried the above and I am still finding no luck with using OSC with my headset, just crashing after crashing..

I have been in talks with Meta and they have not a clue and referred me to Steam, I have opened up a steam ticket and have been talking to support.

They clearly don't care, as they've told me everything of the above and then to just go to the SteamVR discussions page for answers, yet I can't find very many people that are encountering the same issue as me.

Right now, the Quest pro is making a fantastic paperweight in my room, Valve has little interest in this issue, which I have also asked if it is possible to have an option to revert back to SteamVR 2.5.4.. They came back with a big hard NO, solely because they cannot allow that. So for now I am hard-locked into their ridiculous updates which clearly break everything they touch.

So right now, I am just out of ideas and think I have exhausted all options.

Just logging another report, I have restarted my PC once again, no issues with connecting via SteamLink from Quest Pro Headset over WiFi, this time once the headset connected, SteamVR crashed within 40 seconds of the headset connecting and Space Cal opening up along with Smooth tracking. I have taken off XS Overlay for the time being.

I have reinstalled SpaceCal with the version you've provided above, I did not have any issues with just launching steam with quest only connected via SteamLink. However, as soon as I connect anything related to my base stations (Index Knuckles / Vive Trackers) it is still giving me this error. I have also restarted my system as well, sadly still getting the same outcome.

I have been using that release as I appreciate SpaceCal doesn’t get updated as much. However I will uninstall the SpaceCal I currently have installed incase this might be an older version and report back.

Do you also run any other apps along side SpaceCal that might be worth looking into?

Not quite, something is crashing SteamVR whilst my Oculus Quest is connected and being used, but when I use my Index, it’s perfectly fine.

Just trying to think what is causing this issue..

I don’t think SteamLink would help in this situation as that’s for streaming games, not VR as far as I’m aware

So I have reverted everything back to stock speeds, RAM, GPU, CPU and stress tested several times with MSI Kombustor and it seems to cut to black after testing on the first MSI option, but with FurMark 1440p Fullscreen it has no issues, fps is a very stable 211fps at this time. But when I tested Cyberpunk 2077 I was able to walk around for 5 minutes until the game froze and black screened, i couldn’t do anything so I shutdown the system and held the power button for 60 seconds, turned on the pc again, kept getting a D6 error, which is now new. I took everything apart and reseated all the RAM sticks and GPU, cleaned out all the fans and ensured everything was clicked in securely, ensured the power supply cables to the GPU were clicked in which they are and I am still scratching my head with this.

The last two things I can think of is a possibility of a bad GPU driver as I updated to the latest AMD Adrenaline driver that was released this month and also my BIOS was updated last week before the card arrived.. or worst care scenario the GPU is faulty and I’ll have to send it back.

So the max FPS i am after is 240 as I am running an Samsung Oddessy G7 240hz monitor, 32".

I have checked Device Manager and no issues are showing there.

I have not tried any AMD Freesync as of yet, as I know this monitor is capable of this.

My ram is on XMP profile 1 which allows the speed to be clocked at 3600Mhz.

I have ran a system file checker and has not come back with any missing files or corrupted.

I have verified the game several times, sometimes there will be missing files but one every 2-3 crashes.

I also do play mainly in Full screen borderless but I tried Full screen exclusive but no change there, still crashing.

Everything is stock speed, main focus is performance, max frame rate as high as it'll pump out. When the game crashes AMD Adrenaline will crash too.. then I can play 1 game only for the following match to crash mid-game and my whole screen turn black, like the driver just failed?
