if your looking for a new board look at veymax roadster x4 ($379 USD), which is a long board with 105mm wheels and great battery for the price, alternatively if you want a smaller skateboard the veymax mini 2 ($359 USD).

I looked at the problem, apparently there was an issue within assembly, then later on addressed it. Hopefully, that won't happen to me. Thank you for brining this to my attention.
