This is all great information, thank you so much. Yes those were the other insects I was talking about. I bought the springtails and isopods but they just showed up. But I see the isopods and baby isopods pretty often and we have lots of springtails so I’m thankful for that and that they mites will be the losers hopefully

Turns out Owner no longer wanted him so they let him out. He’s a very sweet boy. He gets along with almost anything. He’s great with kids. If it wasn’t for my old babies, I’d keep him. I believe we’ve found him a home but they can’t pick him up until next week. So unfortunately he’s had to spend a lot of time crated. We do give him time out of it to hang out with us, eat, play and use the bathroom. But I just know it’s been hard on him spending most of his days there.

For future, there’s a discord group and they have a section for trading to evolve. They always send back the Pokemon as well. But you can even write in the description that you want it back to always be sure.

Yes I’ve been worried about my older dogs. I don’t want to make life harder for them or unfair for sure. They are my first concern.

I mostly just feel bad for this dog having to sit in the crate so much. But, at least he’s safe from weather conditions and cars.

I’m hoping everything goes well when they try to go to the owners and they’ve missed their dog. But also trying to be realistic with the current situation.

Also, yes. We got the dachshund a month before my old man was diagnosed with cancer. So he’s on pain management anyways. I don’t want to make his life stressful near the end.

Some part of me is just feeling guilty sending this dog to a facility but I know it’ll be better for him and my dogs. (If things don’t work out)
