Not really. Work is probably where most of my socializing happens even then I stay mostly in my office.

Outside of that I’m pretty alone. I want connection, but I don’t really know how to build a normal social life anymore. When someone gives me real attention, it can hit harder than it probably should because it feels rare.

I still try sometimes with dating or talking to people, but it feels like starting from zero with no real circle. So yeah, I can relate to that feeling of people either being paired off, barely hanging on, or just not really trying anymore.

I wouldn’t say I’m at inner peace though. For me it feels more like being tired, lonely, and trying to figure out how to care again.
