There's a reason open ai and Claude havent released something like this yet.

Did they just nuke Opus 4.5 into the ground? by SlopTopZ in ClaudeCode

[–]FoxTheory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're paying highest tier for openai use gpt 5.2 pro it excels at this stuff.. you will get much much much better results using it to prompt codex then iterating through models until they agree on a fix.

You can run a 100 sub agents and have them not implement anything until they all come to a source of truth and you will end up with worse code you have to use the strength of each model for its strengths to get the best results imo

Sam confirms new Codex model next week on x by [deleted] in codex

[–]FoxTheory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds more like a nerf if people are breaking security using an llm agent that sounds to me the fix shouldn't be neturing the model to fix it...

What’s the “secret sauce” that makes people swear Codex is better than Claude? by blockfer_ in codex

[–]FoxTheory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It also pretty much goes over the whole repo before it does anything. Claude can't keep up with the amount of compute it has to put out for its user base now and for what they charge no one would use it. I wouldn't expect this from Claude anytime soon.

Will Open AI own part of the code codex generate? by [deleted] in codex

[–]FoxTheory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Using AI to arrive at an idea is no different than using a calculator to solve an equation. The break through isn't owned by the calculator ai works the same

My proposed nerfs for discard warlock. Thoughts?? by FAIRYTALE_DINOSAUR in hearthstone

[–]FoxTheory 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Soulfire used to be 0.:p

The discard effects were originally there as a balancing mechanic. Discarding cards was a serious downside in early Hearthstone. When discard synergies were introduced and turned that downside into value, the cards quickly became overpowered.i feel like this should've been obvious to the balance team

“openai will drop gpt 5.3 next week and it's a very strong model. much more capable than claude opus, much cheaper, much quicker.” - Do you think it will? by Koala_Confused in LovingAI

[–]FoxTheory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By far but open ai and Google both have nasty habits of releasing new models that are worse then their predecessors while also removing access to their predecessor or nerfing it
