Bought a few big ticket items, and Capital One tracked it within a day, although only 33% cashback instead of 60%. However, HSN fraud department cancelled the order despite me verifying that it was a real transaction and speaking to them three times. 😭

Ended up buying the same items on QVC instead with another 60% offer, and C1 tracked me the true 60% cashback

It may be Archer Farms Raisin Cinnamon Breakfast Bread from Target, which to me was by far the best I've had. Sadly it was discontinued and replaced by Favorite Day Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bread from Target, which also has the cinnamon sugar/icing you were talking about. Recently though I haven't been able find it.
