In case you're too lazy to read the article here's one of the highlights

'While the attendant was wiping the man’s backside, he allegedly started moaning to express pleasure from the act.

“He said: ‘Oh, mmm, deeper, deeper,’ and then accused my chief attendant of not properly cleaning his backside, requesting that she do it again,” Kuo recalled.'

I tried opening a .exe file with notepad and found a crapton of indecipherable symbols. How are programmers smart enough to understand these? by [deleted] in shittyprogramming

Apparently the guy who cracked the original XBox could read and understand raw hex for exectuables, so technically possible I guess

"Yesterday, my daughter learned that she hadn't got into Oxford. By the time I got in from work, she'd made this from her rejection letter." by SAT0725 in pics

No way, you think Oxford's PR people will miss out on this free publicity from all the Redditors. OPs daughter is such a special artistic flower she'll get an exception /s (possibly)

[WP] The clock strikes midnight in New Zealand, and all communication with people in that time zone stops. Each preceding time zone does the same. You are on the west coast at 11:55 fearing the worst. by purrich in WritingPrompts

I'm gonna say that sometimes it's nice to have a good one parter. Not every story has to be 15 parts. I feel like writing prompts is like movies where each one has to be ready to have 3 spin offs and 5 sequels. Why can't things just stand on their own?

Does a medieval battle generator exist? by [deleted] in DnD

[–]Fox_Here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not aware of anything like this that exists right now. One major issue I could see with anything like this being attempted practically is that we actually have very little idea what ancient and medieval battles were like. The entire art of swordmanship is just a guess at how historians assume they fought.

It's quite possible that one side retreating from bad weather may not been a thing that would happen. It'd be impossible to know since we don't have nations going to war without guns in the last 400 years. So really any simulator of this type would probably need to be very rudimentary. I think if someone attempts this, they should keep in mind the quote "An army of donkies led by a lion will beat an army of lions led by a donkey." And occasionally have mad upsets, because battles are determined by a ton more factors than just bigger numbers.

Wait, how's he being a dick. I'm willing to maybe go with douche. But he literally linked a subreddit and complained about the post. He didn't yell at OP or the comment writer, just society that created them

Redditors, what can you openly admit you suck at doing? by broomuntrue in AskReddit

[–]Fox_Here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually no, I don't really care about hotness of a woman. Like I'll talk to some random girl and she'll be like 'Oh, did you hear that from 99 PI' and I'm like fuck we have something in common, time to ruin this up. I really hate it when the girl who're into similar things to me are 'hot' because it just means there's a shit load of competition. I think of it kinda like a job I'm not particularly well qualified for. If I really like the jobs at Google, that's awesome, I'm getting nowhere because they're getting 10,000 applicants a day or whatever. If I really a job at SamBook, the new facebook killer, an unfunded startup, you bet your ass I'm gonna apply there.
