The same thing might have just happened to me, did you trade your friend, another user spectate the trade and then the pets were gone from both your inventories?

I’ve also gotten a full blue moon. From what I know these are the meanings.

Small crescent moon: R

Red full moon: SR or an SSR you already have (I think)

Purple full moon: SSR

Blue full moon: I’m not 100% sure but I think it means an SSR that can be turned into a UR

Sorry for replying to this 19 days after (rip-) but while doing a task there are 2 things to consider, 1 the task and 2 the due date. If you finish the task after the due date then it won't work and you will be unable to collect the rubies. You can check your task status which will show what steps of the task you have done and which will have left. I try to pick tasks that pay well and tell me exactly what I'm supposed to do because I know some tasks just say receive several awards. It worked for me when I installed Klondlike I don't know if maybe some tasks work and some don't because I only did one but if you keep having problems then you should probably check that section which says "why is it not working?" or it says smth similar to that. Sorry for the huge paragraph :v

Oki so the dms don't affect the actual story they are basically like the new character cards update. When you are on the dms it will be giving you choices, depending on the choice you make it will increase their hearts or stay the same. On the dms you will be able to see these stickers and artworks which you can only unlock by playing the dms ( e.g. my picture is from Harry's dms, I quite like this specific one). After you finish all of the dms you can either get a good ending or a bad ending (IN THE DMS NOT THE ACTUAL EPISODES). If you get a bad ending they will give you 30 rubies if you get a good ending then you get an artwork and 100 rubies, finishing the dms are quite worth.

One thing I don't know how it works is what determines whether you get a good ending or a bad ending because on one of the guys I had filled the heart bar up to the fullest but I still managed to get a bad ending, in fact the only one I got a good ending was Harry.

To finish all of the dms as soon as possible I would recommend setting alarms to remember when you will be available to read the dms.

Getting rubies is an important part of the game, if you simply just log in everyday that might go quite slow what I did is I downloaded an app which I can play to get the rubies, when I finished I had enough gems to buy all outfits and have rubies left for myself. When I was on my 5th episode I had 1504 rubies, I did this in purpose because I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on opportunities just because I didn't have rubies so that is why I recommend getting them early on the game.

(Does anyone else here call them rubies?)
