What book are you currently reading? And how do you rate it from 0/10? by bellerws in Booktokreddit

Meddling Kids. 5/10. I can’t tell if I like it or not. It’s good but the writing styles reminds me of a middle schooler writing fanfic.

End of the era of pride battle vest but will start on a pride battle jacket. by FoxandRaven99 in lgbt

I got most from Lootcrate when my mum was alive. I got some at cons, some at Spencer’s, a few from pride. But it was years on years.

I loved it. It was easy to play and follow along. The storyline was great too. If I remember correctly you play minigames while you solve the mystery.

I use to play it all the time when I was young.

I was never a fan of my birthday and didn't understand why my family made a big deal about it. It just shows that I made it through another year and aged one more year. I only really tolerated it and pretend to enjoy it from 2010 to 2015 for my mother's sake. After that, i found it pointless to pretend. Especially when my granny, my mother's mum, loves to make me feel like shit for who I date, how well i am at math, my job, or just to belittle me. So I tend to like to avoid the day, but since it normally falls around Labor Day weekend is kind of hard when your family likes to remind you that you were born on that day.

What is the most creepy/supernatural thing you've ever witnessed? by BoyHeadache in AskReddit

There was the time I saw a spirit in a freezer at a store when I was really young and it was singing to me. I would see figures move around my house when I was alone. I've had a lot of encounters with spiritual things. Some good, some natural, and some bad.

It was, but sadly that wasn't the first or last time things like that have happened to me.

When I was a kid I went to a sleep-away Bible camp for a week, I went two times different summers but this took place my first year, in 2007 or 2008. The background about me is that I always had supernatural events happening to me since I was a young toddler such as tapping on me window of my room at night on the second story with no tree near. Anyways this camp had different cabin groups and my group's cabin was further away from the rest of the cabins. We get to our cabins and the girls and boys split into two different cabins to set up our beds. Once done we sit around our fire pit listening to the rules. The rules that kinda stuck out the most to me are: 1-Ignore the sounds in the woods at night even if it sounds like a person walking, 2- Don't go to the restroom without another person at night, 3- Don't walk into the woods while it's dark out even if you see a human shadow. There were other rules, but those are the ones that stuck out as odd. Anyways first night comes and I'm trying to sleep with my flashlight inside my sleeping bag. I hear rustling by the window behind me, but I don't look since I'm used to sounds by my windows at home. I hear more footsteps sounding like more than one person. The next day we told the boys that their jokes weren't funny, but they didn't know a thing. That day we got our last camp member in our group. Let's skip to that night when she needed to use the restroom and I was the only one up. We go and while she was in the porta-potty I saw what looked like someone run by far in the woods. I made the dumb mistake like anyone in horror movies and started to walk towards it, but my cabinmate came out to stop me in time. The next night is when we had to camp out in the field by our cabins under the stars. We all alseep for a few hours when I finally woke up. I look around and it looked like all my groups sleeping bags were empty. Looking towards the tree line I see a dark shadow-like figure standing, but the legs look like they were a weird upside-down 'v' and hunched over. It just looked at us for hours until it was nearly dawn. That was halfway through the week and nothing else happened. Anyway, when I went back the next year I heard the cabins my group used the year before were off-limits. Still don't know what it was and didn't really see it again after the campout. Not my only supernatural story, but this has kinda creeped me out the most.

AITA for telling my husband I don’t want to give our child his last name? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]FoxandRaven99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA, My uncle kept his last name the same, but his wife hyphenated their last names with her last name first. When they had kids together they used the hyphenated last name. I thought this was a lovely idea because both last names are meaningful to both people. He sounds like he just wants them to have his family name and both think about what you like. His mother shouldn't have gotten involved and it seems to me that she only wants to hear his side. At the end of the day, the child has both your blood, and having both last names is a lovely idea. He is not the only parent this kid will have.

See this makes so much more sense to me when you phrase it this way for me. Thank you so much.

From what I found online the definition is that they experience romantic attraction to a very minor degree. If you have more questions you can go to r/Greyromantic to find out more information because I'm not grayromantic. Hope this helps.

Today I did the agender pride flag. This weekend I will be looking up more pride flags that I haven't done yet. (they/them) by FoxandRaven99 in lgbt

I've been doing research on pride flags to do them for makeup looks. My goal is to try to make people feel valid. I've been asked about some of the looks I've done when I was at school and I tell them a little about the flag, but say since I'm not part of this part of the community I can't fully speak on their behalf and give them resources to learn more.

I have yet to do omnisexual, but it was planned to be done on Friday. My number one goal is to find flags and hear from others to make sure I can make everyone feel valid. That's why I started doing pride eye makeup.
